Privacy Policy

This explains what we collect on workoutdaddy.com and nexusdiscipline.com and how we use it. We keep it simple and we don't sell your personal information.

What we collect

Orders: your name, email, and shipping address for merchandise. Payment details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Email signups: your email address and the page you signed up on.
App accounts: when you sign up in the Workout Daddy app or Daddy, Tell Us Your Story: your name, email, mobile number, your text and email preferences, and what you do in the app (workout days, journal entries, story answers). Your journal and story stay private to you.
Basic technical data: like your IP address and browser type, handled by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) to run and secure the Site.

How we use it

To deliver your purchases, process payments, ship merchandise, send order and account emails, respond to support requests, and, if you signed up, send updates and offers you can opt out of at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the business: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and storage), a print-on-demand partner (name, address and order details to ship merchandise), and a notification service that alerts us to new orders and signups. We may also share information if the law requires it.

TikTok and other embeds

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in, we text you workout reminders, trial tips and member offers from Workout Daddy, up to about one message a day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help. Opting in is never required to use the app or to buy. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-message opt-in with anyone for their marketing. Your number is shared only with the texting provider that delivers our messages (for example, Twilio).

Email

We send app and marketing emails through an email delivery provider. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works with one click.

Our pages may show content from TikTok (for example, our @4theplot313 feed). When it loads, TikTok may set cookies or collect data under its own privacy policy. We don't control that.

Cookies and storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember your shopping cart and a discount link. We don't run advertising trackers on the Site.

Your stories and journal

What you write or say in Daddy, Tell Us Your Story and in your Workout Daddy journal belongs to you. Our promises:

• Private by default. Only you can see your stories and journal, unless you choose to share a page or a quote.
• Never sold. We never sell or rent your stories or your personal information.
• Never used to train AI. To ask follow-up questions and write your pages, your answers are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI. Cloudflare states it does not use customer content to train AI models, and we do not use your stories to train any model either.
• Nobody here reads them. Our internal tools show counts (for example, how many pages you've saved), not the content of your stories or journal. We would only look at content if you ask us to for support, or if the law requires it.
• Yours to take or erase. In the app, go to Me, then Download all my data, to get a copy of everything we store for your account. Delete my account erases your account, stories, journal, quotes, and scheduled messages, and removes you from our email list. We keep only purchase records (what you bought and when), because tax law requires it.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, and you can ask us to access or delete your information by emailing [email protected]. Some records, like orders, we must keep for tax and accounting.

Children

The Site is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
